This service helps reduce pressure on routine GP appointments, ensuring patients with urgent needs receive prompt, high-quality care.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. You can do this by responding to your original booking text message or phoning our reception team, call: 01522 699999
We are committed to ensuring all patients feel comfortable and supported during their appointments. If you would like a chaperone present, please let us know.
Chaperones are usually provided by a member of our female nursing team or another trained staff member. If you would prefer a male chaperone, please request this in advance of your appointment, as availability may be limited.
