New Patients Welcome

We are pleased to welcome new patients who live within our practice catchment area. Please refer to the map below to check if your address falls within our boundary.

To register, simply complete our registration form and health questionnaire. If you do not have a medical card, we can still register you using your NHS number.

All patients are registered with the practice as a whole and will be assigned a named GP who will be responsible for overseeing their care.

As part of our commitment to your health, we offer a range of screening services, including:

  • Health checks for patients over 75 who have not been seen in the past 12 months
  • Cervical and breast screening for eligible women
  • Child health assessments

You can register with our practice in one of two ways:

1. Register Online

The quickest and easiest way to register is online via the NHS registration portal

2. Register at the Practice

Prefer to register in person? No problem - Visit our reception during opening hours to collect a registration form and health questionnaire. Our team will be happy to help you complete the paperwork if needed.

If you are not currently registered with a GP or need medical attention while away from home, you can receive emergency treatment from a local GP practice by registering as a temporary patient.

Registering as a Temporary Patient

To register as a temporary patient, simply contact the local GP practice you wish to use.

  • Practices are not required to accept temporary patients, but they must provide emergency care when needed.
  • If you are away from home, a temporary registration allows you to receive care from the local practice while remaining registered with your usual GP.

Important: You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice located in the same area where you are already registered. For example: if you live in Lincoln and your GP practice is in Lincoln, you must contact your own GP.
