We’ve listened to your feedback about difficulties getting through on the phone, and we’re pleased to share that we are introducing a new system that will make contacting the practice faster and easier.

Meet Emma (Enhanced Medical Management Assistant) — Our New Digital Assistant. Emma will be streamlining phone calls, processes behind the scenes and improve access for our patients.

Emma helps with:

  • Flags urgent symptoms and guides you to the right care
  • Speak to Emma just like you would speak to our Reception team
  • Recognises the top 10 most‑used languages
  • Faster responses thanks to clearer information
  • Reception team freed from long queues, allowing them to focus on patient care
  • Clinicians receive clearer details, supporting quicker decision‑making

Emma simply supports our team — so we can better support you.

As this is a new system for both patients and staff, there may be a few teething issues while we fine‑tune how everything works. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this trial period.

If you come across a genuine issue or error while using Emma, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve the service. If the new system doesn’t suit your needs, that’s completely okay. You’re welcome to use our other contact options instead.

We encourage you to give Emma a try a few times, but if you feel it isn’t the right option for you, you can still:

  • Visit the practice to speak with a member of our team, or
