Welcome to Birchwood Medical Practice

The Birchwood Medical Practice has seven GP Partners and holds an NHS General Medical Services contract to provide services to 10,400 registered patients.

It is a member Apex Primary Care Network working jointly with other local practices to offer services to the patient population, for example clinics outside normal practice opening hours.

Register for Online Services

To register for our online services you will need to visit the practice, bringing with you two forms of identification. One of these items should include your photograph and one should include your address. We will then issue you a username and password.

Carers Quality Award
