What’s involved?

  • Attend local research centre appointments
  • Randomly assigned to TVNS or placebo
  • Wear a small earpiece during rehab exercises at home
  • 1 hour/day, 5 times a week for 3 months
  • Follow-up assessments included

Eligibility:

  • Age 18+
  • No pacemaker/cochlear implant
  • Not in another stroke rehab study
  • Not pregnant

Why join?

Research shows stimulating the vagus nerve while moving the weak arm may help recovery. Your participation could make a difference for future stroke care.
