How to order your prescription

Repeat Prescriptions - Allow one working day for processing.  Prescriptions will be ready for collection after 3pm.

If you are due for a medication review by the doctor allow two working days for processing.   Prescriptions will be ready for collection after 3 p.m.

Acute Prescriptions - requests for medication that do not appear on your repeat medication list will require two working days for processing.  Prescriptions will be ready for collection after 3pm.

 

You can order your prescriptions by one of the following methods:

bulletTick the appropriate medication on your repeat prescription slip and post it in box in the waiting room.
bulletTelephone our repeat prescription answer phone on 01522 501111.
bulletEmail us your prescription order (Click here)       
bulletTelephone your request on Lincoln 01522 699999 to speak to a receptionist.  If you have your prescription slip handy - you will be able to provide us with all the necessary details.
bullet Post it to us.
bulletFax the details to us on 01522 682793.
bulletUse the on-line service - 24 hours by computer.

Collection of your prescription.

Collect your prescription from the reception desk during working hours 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

You can make arrangements with many pharmacies for collection and delivery services - check how long this

service takes, usually 72 hours.

We will post your prescription to you if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.
