The health visiting team service is offered by way of home visiting and
clinics held in the Birchwood Health Centre. It covers all aspects and
topics of health. Some of these include child growth and development,
health care and health issues. Their service extends from the 'cradle to
the grave'. This includes working with individuals and groups in areas
such as antenatal care, families, children and teenagers.

Clinics
Open Child Health Clinic Thursday 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Child Health Clinic (by appointment only) - for assessments, immunisations
and hearing tests.
Drop-in Weighing Service (unsupervised) Monday and
Friday 9.30am-10.30am. (subject to room availability -
check on 691711)

in family and child health.
