'Choose and Book' Referrals
If you and your GP decide that you need to see a specialist for further treatment, you can now choose where to have your treatment from a list of hospitals and clinics, and in some cases book the appointment date and time, whilst in the surgery.
The benefits of Choose and Book:
At the time of decision to have further treatment - you may:
 | Choose your hospital from a list of at least four providers |
| Choose your appointment date and time |
| Be confident that the appointment will fit in with your needs and has been made quickly. |
If you unable to book your appointment at the surgery, you will be given a form with your unique reference details and can book the appointment with the Choose and Book office on the telephone.
